While in the northwest to do a story on an awesome new rally car (story out Monday) we stopped at this shop for a pre-event dyno test. Fortunately I got to wander around the crowded floor with my (outdated) camera.

Some strange juxtaposition in that second to last picture, Lotus but on top of a buggy.

So much awesome in that garage. In many different flavors to boot.

Just the tip?

It's just there because that was the only place they had room to set it while they work on the car. They've turbocharged the Elise.
Personally I'm waiting for someone to realize the Viper is really a giant gaming rig

Horry shita! Does that come with the Brack Friday Bunduru?

I pass by this place all the time and there is always an awesome car parked outside. I still remember when I went inside a few years ago. They had a Ford GT in the lobby then.

It's black, so if you wait until tomorrow then yes.
They did seriously say they're planning to sell it off. The steering wheel needs to be re-mounted but it's all there. The console is under the "hood" and it's fully wired. Plug it into the wall and go. I want it.

It was an awesome place for sure. There was an NSX out back and a 300 WHP Cayman on the dyno when we were loading up.

As do I, but who shunted the Viper to begin with?

Dunno. They bought it salvage with a wrecked front end, cut off the nose, and turned it into a gaming rig

That Ultra-4 looks a bit Poison Spyder-ish, but doesn't have any of the usual markings. Wonder who makes that rig.

I wondered that as well

Which shop is this?

I thought that might be it, I've seen it many times from the outside but never inside. Damn, they really pack in the cars don't they?

Yeah, they cram everything in at the end of the day so all the cars will be locked up and secure then take most of them out and park them behind the shop in the morning. I managed to take the shot before they started pulling cars out

Reminds me of Monte Shelton's in downtown Portland. Great stuff on the floor and even better stuff round back. If your nice, they will sometimes give a tour of what they are restoring. I have been fortunate to have done this twice.

What worries me is the proximity to all those crunchy hipsters.
